STARTER
Zuppa di farro e Lenticchie
Hearty sweet potato and lentil soup with pearl barley, bay leaf and thyme.
Served with homemade Tuscan garlic bread. (Ve, G)
Arancini ai Funghi
Golden mushroom arancini filled with melted Fior di Latte cheese.
Finished with our truffle mayo and 24months aged Parmigiano Reggiano. (v)
Cozze al Vino bianco
Fresh mussels cooked in white wine, cherry tomato, lemon and parsley sauce.
Served with homemade Tuscan bread. (G)
Fegato di Pollo
Chicken liver paté infused with cognac, bay leaf and orange zest.
Served with our toasted homemade Tuscan bread. (G)
Burrata ai Fagioli
Buffalo burrata with a smooth cannellini bean purée paired with a borlotti
& semi dried tomato salad. Served with our homemade Tuscan bread. (V, G)
MAIN COURSE
Vito's Parmigiana
Breaded Aubergine, served with San Marzano tomato sauce
and topped with smoked Scamorza cheese. (V)
Pescespada con Gremolata
A tender swordfish steak paired with a smooth roasted red pepper sauce,
fresh gremolata and crispy roast potatoes.
Lasagna
18 hour slow cooked Short ribs Lasagna.
Pollo Piccante
Breaded chicken breast stuffed with spicy nduja and creamy ricotta.
Served over a roasted red pepper and tomato sauce and a side of our Vito's Signature frittes.
Stufato di Manzo
Slow cooked rosemary beef stew with potato, onion and carrots.
Served with homemade Tuscan bread. (G)

DESSERT
Tiramisù Classico
Combining the flavours of espresso-soaked Savoiardi and velvety Tia Maria infused
mascarpone cream, finished with a dusting of rich coco powder (V).
Cappuccino Panna Cotta
Velvety cappucino infused panna cotta with an amaretti crumble
and rich coffee syrup. (GF,n)
Tortino al cioccolato
Molten centered, rich dark chocolate fondant baked to perfection.
Served with a scoop of our homemade honeycomb ice cream.
Affogato - 3£ supplement
One scoop of Homemade Vanilla ice cream, espresso coffee
and a shot of Amaretto Disaronno (GFV)
